Lowe Offshore International, Ltd. is an independent, quality-conscious project management company, designed specifically to serve you as an extension of your staff. Our over 500 years of combined technical experience, from front end engineering design (FEED) studies to complete field developments, provides management assistance to the oil and gas industry, with applications reaching into multiple business sectors. Our client/project base extends to both onshore and offshore and includes domestic and international.

On September 1, 2007, Noble Denton acquired Lowe Offshore International, Ltd. The acquisition of Lowe Offshore has doubled the size of the group's operations in Houston and provides an international capability for the provision of best in class project management and engineering services. There is no overlap in services offered by Lowe Offshore and the Noble Denton companies. This allowed us to strengthen our project management skills and systems to offer the industry a total package of services for FPSO and deepwater projects. Noble Denton has established international offices which eases the burden to enter those markets. Our current Gulf of Mexico and International markets will remain a key part of our business plan with the enhanced services.

Our project management philosophy is focused on the benefit of the partnership of our combined knowledge resulting from our extensive technical experience in project management of construction and installation projects.
